Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at The Homestead Resort was quite mixed. While the beautiful surroundings and food during events were excellent, the service and room cleanliness left much to be desired. The lack of proper communication and care in housekeeping really impacted our overall experience. For the price, I expected a lot more attention to detail and customer service.
My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, which is a plus. However, the service left much to be desired, especially during a snowstorm when it really felt understaffed. The room was decent but in dire need of modern updates. Overall, while the location is great, I think I would explore other options next time.
The stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the unique ambiance and clean rooms left a good impression, but on the other hand, service and maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience. The heating situation was annoying, and the communication from staff left a lot to be desired. Still, the overall experience of visiting the Crater was unforgettable.
I recently stayed at this resort and found it to be a mixed experience. On one hand, the newly renovated rooms are lovely and provide a comfortable stay. The hot springs on the property are a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. However, there are still growing pains with the service and overall organization, especially with pathways that can be challenging during inclement weather. Overall, while it's a charming resort with a lot of potential, it still has some areas that need improvement.
I had high hopes for my anniversary stay, especially since we chose this hotel to celebrate after being here for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues, including a surprise room downgrade, misleading information about amenities, and inadequate heating. The location was enjoyable, but these concerns made our stay less special than we envisioned.
